Tarot Readings

By booking a Tarot Reading with Northway Magick, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • Premium Tarot Readings are priced at £60 per session.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Appointments

  • Readings are approximately 45 minutes in length.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your reading may need to be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

  • Online clients should ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to the agreed video platform before the appointment begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

  • In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of Northway Magick.

Nature of the Reading

  • Tarot is offered as a tool for personal reflection, guidance, and spiritual exploration.

  • Readings are intended to help you gain perspective and consider possibilities. They do not predict an unchangeable future or guarantee specific outcomes.

  • You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a reading.

No Fear-Based Readings

I do not use tarot to encourage dependency, create fear, or make claims of curses, attachments, hexes, or other spiritual conditions that require additional paid services to resolve. My readings are intended to empower clients through honest guidance, not to foster anxiety or reliance.

Professional Boundaries

Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional advice.

I do not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. If you require assistance in these areas, please seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.

Topics I May Decline

I reserve the right to decline or redirect questions that I believe are inappropriate or outside the scope of ethical tarot practice. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Questions intended to invade another person's privacy.

  • Questions seeking to control or manipulate another individual.

  • Requests for diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions.

  • Questions regarding legal matters or financial investments.

  • Questions that I believe cannot be responsibly answered through tarot.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a Premium Tarot Reading. Readings may be booked by a parent or guardian for under 18s, but this is at the sole discretion of Northway Magick and the parent or guardian must be present throughout the reading.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during your reading will be treated as confidential.

Information shared during a reading will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where there is a genuine concern for someone's immediate safety.

Right to Refuse Service

Northway Magick reserves the right to refuse or terminate a reading if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate manner. In such circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of Northway Magick.

Changes to These Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
