No expensive tools. No complicated rituals. No witchcraft shopping list.
Just practical folk magic rooted in the old ways.
Sunday 28th June | 7pm-9pm
Traditional Magic for Real Life
Sunday Evening | Live Workshop | Recording Included
Most people throughout history didn’t have crystal collections, dedicated ritual rooms, or shelves lined with magical supplies.
They had a kitchen.
A garden.
A hearth.
A pocket full of odds and ends.
And yet somehow, they still practiced magic.
For generations, ordinary people relied on charms, blessings, herbs, folklore, omens, and practical acts of magic to protect their homes, care for their families, seek good fortune, and navigate the uncertainties of life. These traditions weren’t separate from daily living. They were woven into it.
This workshop is an introduction to those old ways. Not as a historical curiosity. Not as an aesthetic. But as a living tradition that still has something to offer us today.
In This Workshop We’ll Explore…
What folk magic actually is (and what it isn’t)
The difference between traditional folk practice and modern social media witchcraft
Working with simple, accessible magical tools and materials
Protection magic for home and household
Traditional charms, blessings and practical spellcraft
Folk methods of divination and reading signs
Building a personal practice rooted in place, observation and everyday life
Along the way, you’ll learn practical techniques you can begin using immediately, without needing expensive tools or years of study.

A Note From Arin
One of the things I hear most often is that people feel overwhelmed. There are endless books, endless opinions, endless lists of things you’re apparently supposed to buy before you’re allowed to call yourself a witch.
The old folk practitioners would have found this deeply confusing. Most of them worked with what they already had. They learned from observation, experience, local tradition, and the simple understanding that magic belongs in everyday life.
That’s the spirit behind this workshop.
Less performance.
Less consumption.
More practice.
More connection.
More of the old ways.
I hope you’ll join us.
